Why should I support Wrestlenomics?
Our approach to publishing information related to the wrestling business provides a valuable and unique service that helps audiences, other news sources, and those who work in the industry become better informed.
Information we share is often re-reported by other wrestling media outlets due to either a) being definitively the most informed public perspective on a given news story or b) being the only source able to find certain public information as well as explain its importance in simple but accurate terms.
Some examples of this can be found on the Coverage page.
Many popular wrestling news outlets focus heavily on human interest stories and social media activity of wrestling personalities, and do little firsthand research on stories, making our kind of reporting is all the more necessary.
I’m not ready to support financially, but what are some other ways to support Wrestlenomics?
Thank you for supporting Wrestlenomics.
Your support of any kind is essential to the effort to continue doing the unique kind of analysis of the wrestling business that Wrestlenomics provides. Additionally, with your monetary contributions I will invest in solutions and assets needed to improve our content and resources.
I strive to focus on work that gives our audience high-quality information of the kind seldom found elsewhere. Having written for several wrestling and non-wrestling outlets, I’m aware there are other ad-dependent media strategies that are far better for attracting the largest possible audience.
To keep my interest in producing the excellent analysis of wrestling business better aligned, I intend to keep Wrestlenomics.com ad-free.
The following are some great no-cost ways to support:
- Spread good word of mouth: Share Wrestlenomics content on social media, Twitter, Facebook groups, message boards. Tell people they should read and listen to our content if they want a better understanding of the pro-wrestling business and to have more informed conversations about it.
- Tell wrestling news sites to cover information Wrestlenomics brings to light, and politely remind them to give proper credit.
- Do you or someone you know work in the media or other relevant industry who could help better inform me about issues relevant to the wrestling, media, live event, or consumer products business? Get them in touch with me at email@example.com.
- Keep reading and listening.
If I support monetarily, how will the money be used?
Many costs are required to maintain the resources provided by the Wrestlenomics website and podcast. These include expenses the below listed categories. Your support will go toward supporting Brandon’s work, paying for these expenses, and future strategies that will enhance Wrestlenomics research and coverage.
