Exclusive: Upcoming NXT event will run the same day as AEW’s All Out

NXT is scheduled to have its next premium live event, exclusively on Peacock and internationally on the WWE Network, on Sunday, September 4, according to internal messaging at WWE. The event will take place the same day as AEW’s next pay-per-view, All Out.

We can’t confirm the name or start time of the NXT premium live event. All Out is advertised to begin at 8 pm Eastern, 7 pm Central, so it’s possible but we’re not yet certain the NXT PLE will run head-to-head in primetime against the AEW PPV. The NXT PLE is set to take place in Orlando, likely at the Performance Center, although we can’t confirm the venue.

NXT’s next special TV episode will be Tuesday, August 16, branded “Heatwave”. The “Heatwave” name was formerly used for pay-per-views by ECW. The announcement is expected to be made official tonight on NXT television.

The September 4 premium live event will be NXT’s fourth event exclusively on Peacock and the WWE Network since the last “Takeover”-branded event on August 22, 2021.

NXT TV tapings for episodes airing on September 20 and 27 will be taped on September 14. Those episodes were originally scheduled to be taped on September 7.
