WWE Smackdown and AEW Rampage TV ratings for August 5

WWE Smackdown, Friday on Fox, was watched by 2,093,000 viewers on average, including about 639,000 aged 18 to 49, for a 0.49 P18-49 rating.

AEW Rampage on TNT at 10 pm, was watched by 468,000 viewers on average, including about 196,000, for a 0.15 P18-49 rating.

This was Rampage’s highest total viewership since July 1.

Compared to last week, Smackdown was down 5% in total viewership. Among viewers 18 to 49, viewership was down 5% from last week’s 675,000.

Compared to last week, Rampage was up 25% in total viewership. Among viewers 18-49, viewership was up 40%.

Smackdown ranked #1 on television overall on the day in P18-49.

Rampage ranked #5 in P18-49 among cable originals for the day, according to Showbuzz Daily, which is its best cable ranking since April. Including broadcast primetime, it ranked #19.

For Smackdown, P18-34 was down 22% compared to the prior four weeks. P35-49 was up 7%. P25-54 was up 4%. P2+ was down 3%.

For Rampage, M12-34 was up 39% compared to the prior four weeks. P18-34 was up 25%. F18-49 was up 18%.
