TV ratings: WWE Smackdown, AEW Rampage, AEW Battle of the Belts, April 7

WWE Smackdown, Friday on Fox at 8 pm, was watched by 2,468,000 viewers on average, including about 900,000 aged 18 to 49, for a 0.69 P18-49 rating.

AEW Rampage on TNT at 10 pm, was watched by 503,000 viewers on average, including about 222,000 aged 18 to 49, for a 0.17 P18-49 rating.

AEW Battle of the Belts on TNT at 11 pm, was watched by 415,000 viewers on average, including about 183,000 aged 18 to 49, for a 0.14 P18-49 rating.

This was Smackdown’s highest total viewership since February 10 and its highest P18-49 viewership since the episode with the NFL lead-in on December 25, 2020. With the exception of that Christmas Day episode, this is the highest P18-49 for Smackdown since March 20, the first episode during the pandemic without fans.

This was Rampage’s highest total viewership since January 13 and its highest P18-49 viewership since December 23.

This was the best viewership yet for an airing of Battle of the Belts in the Friday 11 pm time slot. Previous editions on Saturday at 8 pm were more highly-rated.

Smackdown was #1 in P18-49 for Friday, ahead of The Masters Golf Tournament on cable on ESPN (0.48) as well as everything else on broadcast primetime.

Rampage ranked #6 in P18-49 among cable originals for the day, according to Showbuzz Daily. Including broadcast primetime, it ranked #6.

Battle of the Belts ranked #12 in P18-49 among cable originals. Including broadcast primetime, it ranked #12.

This was Battle of the Belts’s highest total viewership since August 6, 2022 and its highest P18-49 viewership since April 16, 2022.

Compared to last week, Smackdown was up 4% in total viewership. Among viewers 18-49, viewership was up 4%.

Compared to last week, Rampage was up 48% in total viewership. Among viewers 18-49, viewership was up 76%.
